This next-generation brew bed preparation tool gives brewers total control over the coffee bed before the first drop of water hits.
In seconds, Bloom breaks up clumps, removes hidden air pockets, reduces static, lifts chaff, and shapes a perfectly even surface.

Bloom features an innovative retractable design powered by a precision inner helix mechanism for smooth, controlled movement.
This also allows for quick switching between straight and fan needle modes, and allows the needles to be protected during transport and when not in use.
The fan needle setting provides to option to sweep the top layer of the coffee bed and lift chaff and light particles to the surface, reducing ‘choking’ of the brew bed and creating more consistency.
Bloom’s specialised needles resist bending and glide smoothly through the grounds, naturally attracting fines and chaff for cleaner brews. By rapidly reducing static after grinding, Bloom lifts chaff, redistributes fines, and releases hidden air pockets — enhancing aroma clarity, flavour expression, and cup texture.
The Bloom features the FlowTip, a specially crafted tip for creating an indentation in your coffee bed after needling.
A unique feature of the Bloom, it provides a faster and more even saturation, and reduces bubbling and channeling between brews.
